Altair's Schedule Manager provides complete support for managing sole practitioners to multi-location, multi-department, complex clinic and hospital environments

Overview
Altair's Schedule Manager is an excellent scheduling tool for medical environments. The Schedule Manager is capable of handling up to 50 Providers per department and location. Multiple time slot bookings as well as standard appointment time are standard features.

From the Main Screen the user is able to quickly see up to 3 months of appointments with a daily summary by Provider or, optionally, by Patient. A Quick Search lets you zoom in on a particular Patient or Provider. A useful function is the ability to find the next available opening for a particular Provider.

Organizations with multiple locations can easily access schedules at each location. The Schedule Manager also supports any number of Departments per location (e.g. Lab, Radiology, etc.)

Availability of Staff and Facilities can be easily maintained by location and practitioner.

Features
The Schedule Manager includes support for Patient Sign-In and processing of payments received by location.

Altair provides integration services that allow the Schedule Manager to be connected to your existing Practice Management application. Source code is available for those organizations with local programming capability.

Altair provides wireless access to the Schedule Manager from both PCs and Pocket PCs.
